The first time I remember seeing the gun belt stitch pattern was on trips to Uncle Wilbur’s saddle shop when I was a young kid. Pictured with our five sizes of belt stitch patterns is one of Wilbur’s original cardboard patterns. This set of five stencils includes 1”, 1.25”, 1.5”, 1.75”, and 2” sizes. Our 2” also has holes spaced 1” apart and works great for back billets.
